Four projects completed during the first quarter of 2015

 

Four organisations presented, at the end of March 2015, the final reports of their projects funded by the Addax and Oryx Foundation.


ESSOR successfully promoted access to quality services (education, literacy, and professional development) for vulnerable people (children, youths, and women) in two districts of Bissau, in Guinea Bissau. (Click here for more information)


Thanks to the FXB Village project in Kamegeri, Rwanda, FXB International enabled 79 families (509 beneficiaries) affected by AIDS and poverty to reach sustainable economic and social self-sufficiency. (Click here for more information)


The Tuwapende Watoto Foundation increased the capacity of the Tuwapende Watoto Primary School in Tanzania, by constructing a three-classroom block on a plot of land adjacent to the existing school. (Click here for more information)


The association Apprentis d’Auteuils strengthened the educational offering in the Al Aizarieh region in the Palestinian territories by creating an education centre for children and teachers. Extra tutoring and extracurricular activities improved the level of education, reduced the dropout rate and promoted the personal development of 880 children. (Click here for more information)
